Sunny delights!

Sunny delights!

The sun came out this week! It was amazing! I have been in desperate need of some sunshine. I do believe I have been going through “sun withdrawals.”

I carried my taco soup out to the back deck and enjoyed lunch in the glorious sunshine! Thank you God for sunny delights!

While I was enjoying lunch in the sunshine, a little ladybug went crawling across the back deck! Oh how exciting! I do hope the little ladybug sticks around to take care of any aphids which might show up on my green beans later this summer. Thank you God for sunny delights!

High overhead Red-tailed Hawks were circling on air currents. They were beautifully majestic! Their cries carried on the wind as they drifted farther away across the valley. Thank you God for sunny delights!

Check out this little guy I discovered crawling across the woodbox: a baby Western Conifer Seed Bug. When he’s full-grown he’ll be completely brown, with the design on his back resembling some sort of intricate geometric Native American artwork.

How nice of God to provide tasty bug-snacks right at the time all the birds are showing up … hungry from their long journeys wherever they came from. Thank you God for sunny delights!

Thank you God for sunshine!
Thank you God for Spring!
Thank you God for birds which return … bringing music with them!

Thank you God for your many little daily blessings for each one of us!
