The raspberries have just started blooming! Just look at that beautiful star-shape of a bloom!
As I admire the intricate design of the star-shaped bloom I can’t help but praise God for his amazing creativity and beautiful design in the smallest details of creation.
The raspberries, loaded with blooms, are growing out of the fence.
As I see the raspberries reaching and growing out into the domain of the nibbling deer, the verse comes to mind: “When you reap the harvest of your land, do not reap to the very edges of your field or gather the gleanings of your harvest. Leave them for the poor and the foreigner.” – Leviticus 23:22
God has given us raspberry canes this year which are full and healthy and loaded with little blooms! In gratitude for God’s good blessing to us, the “edges of our raspberry patch” I will leave for the deer to be able to enjoy as well.
