Who is Jesus?
Jesus Christ is the one and only gateway to heaven. We can’t get there on our own. We can’t attain eternal life by our own efforts.
* “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” – Romans 3:23
* “There is no one righteous, not even one.” – Romans 3:10
* “The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” – Romans 6:23
Jesus Christ paid the penalty for our sin. Jesus Christ took the punishment that we deserve, so that we could be given eternal life.
* “But God demonstrated his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Jesus Christ died for us.” – Romans 5:8
* “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son [Jesus Christ], that whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.” – John 3:16
* “If you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” – Romans 10:9
* “Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved.” – Acts 16:32
Jesus Christ is the one and only Gateway to Heaven.
No other way will get you there.
