For my son’s Senior Engineering Design Project he and his friends are designing an autonomous self-driving golf cart. They acquired a golf cart that had served its purpose well in its day, and they have taken it apart and are reconfiguring it for a new purpose.
You will discover that life is like that. Right now, during this particular stage in life your golf cart is carrying you perfectly along your college journey, on the path God has mapped out for you. But later on down the road, at a different stage in life, you will find that God will choose to reconfigure your golf cart for a different purpose.
You stand to the side and watch in shock as God takes your golf cart apart piece by piece. And then, He puts it back together again. Same golf cart … just reconfigured for a new purpose.
