Today’s blog post is from my daughter.
God gives us our job and our calling in life … and God tells us to be a “light” for Him in the job where He has placed us.
So we travel down life’s “roadway” … shining our “light” for Him.
But we notice that that department over there is doing things which are morally wrong. And we notice that that other department over there is also doing things which are morally wrong.
We wonder: “God, why did you put me in this company if there is so much moral wrong going on?”
God’s answer: Be a “light” in your lane. Don’t look at that lane over there … I didn’t put you in that lane. And don’t get distracted by looking at that lane over there … I didn’t put you in that lane. I put you in this lane right here. Stay focused on this lane where I put you … and be a “light” in your lane.
