This falls (Deception Falls) I visited yesterday. Deception Falls is usually rather docile, but when the snow melts in the mountains, it becomes entirely whitewater, with tons of dangerous force crashing onto the rocks … and a terrible roaring noise!
But … there is a unique and incomparable beauty in the chaos, which draws people to this spot with an interest and curiosity far greater than the calm peaceful streams down the road.
We have the chance to be just like this waterfall … as God channels the chaos and rough waters of life into a contained and beautiful path which reflect His power! … and shows the watching world the greatness of a God who can make beauty out of chaos!
