It’s a brand-new day … of a brand-new week … of a brand-new year!
A favorite quote which I love (though I don’t know the author) is:
“This is the beginning of a new day. You have been given this day to use as you will. You can waste it or use it for good. What you do today is important because you are exchanging a day of your life for it. When tomorrow comes, this day will be gone forever; in its place is something that you have left behind. Let it be something good.”
Perhaps this quote might also say:
“This is the beginning of a new year. You have been given this year to use as you will. You can waste it or use it for good. What you do during this year of 2023 is important because you are exchanging your life for it. When January 2 of 2024 comes, this year will be gone forever; in its place will be something which you have left behind. Let it be something good.”
